Job summary

Kai Nguong Nursery (KK) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Admin & Operations Executive in Sabah. The role oversees office administration, landscaping maintenance operations coordination, client reporting, licenses and permits, and document management.

You will liaise with staff, clients, suppliers, and government bodies to ensure timely, compliant operations. The candidate should have strong MS Word/Excel skills, report writing ability, and a proactive, independent work style with good communication

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, operations coordination or client reporting is preferred.
• Strong reporting and document handling skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily landscaping maintenance operations, staff arrangements, project progress and on-site matters.
• Collect site photographs and work records, and prepare and submit monthly client reports.
• Manage company documents, correspondence, maintenance reports, office records and filing systems.
• Monitor company licenses, permits, insurance, renewal deadlines and related applications.
• Handle telephone calls, emails, correspondence and general administrative matters.
• Communicate and coordinate with employees, clients, suppliers and government departments.
• Assist management with document preparation, daily coordination and other ad hoc assignments.
• Ensure all tasks, documentation and applications are completed within the required deadlines.
