Prudential (Cambodia) Life Assurance is seeking a Regional Technical Operations leader to ensure end-to-end stability, governance, and resilience of actuarial and finance platforms. You will oversee L1‑L3 support, incident response, DR/BCP, audits, and vendor management while collaborating with CFO, Actuary, CRO, Risk, Finance, and Technology leaders.

The role demands strong governance, global team management, and effective C‑suite communication to maintain high availability and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in computer science or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and production operations.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale cloud infrastructure (Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience managing end-to-end operations in a large enterprise.

Responsabilités

• Escalation point-of-contact for regional & local stakeholders with timely issue resolution.
• Lead high-severity incidents; communicate clearly with stakeholders and track resolutions.
• Coordinate major incident bridges; enforce structured escalation across teams and vendors.
• Review RCAs and drive permanent fixes and preventive controls.
• Lead production changes and capacity scaling; manage release schedules.
• Daily monitoring of ticket queues; ensure timely updates and progress.
• Lead daily triage calls; remove blockers and drive action across teams.
• Deliver daily executive summaries on issues and system health.
• Onboard new LBUs; manage configuration setup and access control.
• Drive continuous improvement for stability, performance, and efficiency.
