Job summary

VD Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Account Executive / Account Executive to manage a full set of client accounts. The role includes handling AP/AR/GL, bank reconciliation, and liaising with clients to gather documents for the complete set of accounts.

You will prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet) with supporting schedules, maintain document records, and assist with SST and audit-related tasks. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess relevant accounting qualification.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related account field (Senior Account Executive).
• Fresh graduate also is welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for a portfolio of clients, including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation.
• Liaise with client for requesting documents and information for preparation of full set account.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and supporting schedules.
• Maintain proper record of documents.
• Preparing related schedules for audit purpose.
• Assist with SST preparation and submission.
• Other ad-hoc assignment assigned by management.
