Job summary

Nu Skin Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Receivable and Treasury specialist to handle cash applications, AR reconciliation, and journal bookings. The role also covers treasury tasks, such as balancing bank accounts before refunds and entitlements, and compiling sales reports for accuracy.

The successful candidate will reconcile receipts with bank statements, manage refunds, monitor customer inquiries, and perform month-end closes. Confidentiality and reliability are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
• 3–5 years of cash application experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cash application and AR reconciliation, and journal bookings.
• Manage Treasury activities such as monitoring bank balances before refunds or entitlements.
• Compile and reconcile sales reports; ensure accuracy and authenticity of reports.
• Reconcile sales receipts against bank statements and manage refunds and related account bookings.
• Monitor and assist with customer inquiries and internal service requests.
• Conduct month‑end closing activities and report promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality to protect organization data.
• Support ad hoc tasks assigned by Manager or Team Lead.
