Prudential Group is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to support daily financial transactions and policy compliance. You will handle vendor invoices, payments, and staff reimbursements while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will work within a dynamic finance team, adhering to internal policies and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, etc. or working towards designation adds value.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices via Coupa ERP, validate against POs and resolve discrepancies.
• Process payments and ensure proper recording in the general ledger.
• Review staff reimbursement/claims per internal policies and ensure timely closure.
• Prepare accounts payable and staff reimbursement ageing reports for management.
• Maintain vendor master data and perform vendor onboarding/change requests.
• Support ad hoc and administrative tasks as required.
