Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the company's payables process to ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline AP processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure AP invoices comply with processing procedures, audits, and regulations.
• Assist in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, and external vendors as needed.
• Support month-end and year-end closing with accurate AP records.
