Job summary

Razer, a global gaming company, is seeking an Accounts Payable role based in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage and optimize the payables process, ensuring timely payments to vendors while supporting cash flow management. You will collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and external vendors to streamline processes and drive automation.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in AP, strong communication, and the ability to read Chinese for China suppliers. SAP experience is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize accounts payable processes and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline AP processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure AP invoices comply with procedures, audits, and regulations.
• Contribute to cash flow forecasting and liquidity management for growth.
• Work with Procurement, Legal and external vendors to ensure smooth payment processes.
• Assist in accurate financial reporting for month-end and year-end closings.
