Job summary

sushi panda sdn bhd is seeking a Senior Account Executive / Accounts Manager with at least 5 years of accounting experience. You will manage the full set of accounts, including AP/AR/GL and bank reconciliations, using AutoCount and Excel to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The role requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and diligently in a structured environment. F&B/retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in managing full sets of accounts independently.
• Proficient in AutoCount Accounting Software.
• Diploma, Degree, or recognized Professional Accounting qualification.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, meticulous, well-organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in the F&B or retail industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the full set of accounts.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and financial reports.
• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, expenses, and payments.
• Ensure all accounting transactions are accurately and promptly recorded in AutoCount.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and other relevant external parties.
• Assist management with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and other finance-related matters.
• Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and compliance with company accounting policies and applicable requirements.
• Provide timely and accurate financial information and reports to support management in effective decision-making.
