Job summary

RESPUBLICA ADVISORY Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage full sets of accounts, perform closings and financial reporting. You will support AR/AP, bank reconciliations and liaise with clients on document issues.

In addition, you will assist Pre-IPO readiness, financial modelling and risk assessment, delivering insights and client deliverables on schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or related field, or ACCA/CIMA.
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience; IPO exposure is a plus.
• Proficient in English with strong communication and reporting skills.
• Proactive, analytical with problem-solving ability; detail-oriented.
• Team player with leadership potential; able to mentor juniors.
• Own transport preferred where possible.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full set accounts and prepare invoices, schedules, AR/AP.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings; cash flow monitoring.
• Prepare financial reports for management, auditors, and regulators.
• Liaise with clients on accounts and document issues; perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist in Pre-IPO readiness, financial analysis and reporting.
• Draft and review client deliverables; ensure engagement timelines.
