Job summary

Ben Way Enterprises Sdn Bhd in Klang, Selangor is seeking an Accounts Executive to assist in the IPO process and manage day-to-day accounting tasks. You will work with the finance team to compile information required for the IPO and support month-end closing and financial reporting.

• Assist in obtaining information for the proposed IPO of the company
• Assist an accountant to handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL), monitor customer collections
• Perform bank reconciliations, support month-end closing, and prepare financial reports for management
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers
• General office administration, vendor contract management, and HR support

Job description
