AEI CAPITAL GROUP SDN. BHD. invites applications for a Senior Accounts Executive to oversee daily accounting operations, prepare the full set of accounts, and support month-end and year-end closings.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA is highly preferred, with 1–5 years of accounting experience and strong communication skills in English; Mandarin is an added advantage for dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• CPA certification is highly preferred.
• 1–5 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Experience with full set of accounts is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle daily accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare full set of accounts and financial reports.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties.
• Support audit and tax-related matters.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Assist in process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
