Job summary

You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, assist with budgeting and audits, and ensure timely closing while maintaining compliance with statutory requirements and corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA/CPA equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years relevant experience, ideally in accounting firms/BPO/shared services.
• Strong understanding of full set accounting, IFRS standards, and statutory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, management accounts, and reporting packages in accordance with IFRS and group reporting requirements.
• Perform financial analysis on sales, gross profit, budgets, and forecasts, providing insights on key variances and business performance.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing, including account reconciliations, journal reviews, and compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Support budgeting, audits, tax matters, and process improvement initiatives while collaborating with internal stakeholders and headquarters.
