Job summary

Coliwoo Group Shared Services Sdn Bhd based at KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur, seeks a Senior/Accounts Executive to join the Shared Service Team working with Singapore and Malaysia staff on day-to-day accounting tasks.

The role covers full accounting functions (AR, AP, GL), monthly financial statements, and budgeting involvement. A Degree in Accounting with 3+ years' experience is required, with Oracle NetSuite knowledge preferred; initiative and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy with minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Knowledge in Oracle Netsuite is preferred.
• Independent and meticulous.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Preferably can start work as soon as possible.

The incumbent will be in Shared Service Team working together with both our Singapore and Malaysia staff on day-to-day basis. We are seeking a motivated individual with a positive and proactive learning attitude.

The job responsibilities are as follows:

Handle full spectrum of accounting functions including but not limited to AR, AP and GLduties

Prepare monthly financial statements for reporting

Involve in financial budgeting process

Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Accountancy with minimum 3 years’ experience in similar capacity

Knowledge in Oracle Netsuite is preferred

Possess initiative, willingness to learn.
