Job summary

You will prepare monthly management accounts, perform bank reconciliations, manage AP/AR, assist in budgeting and forecasts, and deliver regular cash flow and management reports. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with full sets of accounts.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts and oversee daily accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash balances.
• Manage AP/AR and follow up on debtor collections.
• Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Prepare cash flow, financial reports and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties.
