Job summary

Mega Fortris Berhad in Shah Alam seeks an Accounts Executive to ensure timely preparation of monthly management accounts with schedules and accurate accounting records. You will perform financial analysis, variance reporting, and oversee AR and AP teams.

The role involves verifying sales tax transactions, updating yearly costing for the manufacturing business, liaising with auditors, tax consultants and bankers, and handling ad-hoc matters as required.

Ensure timely preparation of monthly management account with schedules and proper maintenance of accounting records

To prepare financial analysis and variance report.

Overseeing AR and AP Team.

Verify sales tax transaction and review sales tax lampiran prepared by subordinates.

To prepare and update yearly costing for manufacturing company.

Supervise and monitor operation and work performed by subordinates.

Liaise with inter department personnel, auditors, tax consultant, bankers and other regulatory bodies.
