Job summary

Mega Fortris Berhad is seeking an Inventory Executive to coordinate production administration and inventory-related activities across production areas in Shah Alam, Malaysia. You will ensure timely work order preparation, material availability, and accurate production documentation.

You will manage material requests, resource allocation, and production output reporting, while supporting ERP NetSuite-based processes and driving continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as SCM, Operations, Manufacturing, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in production administration, planning, inventory control, manufacturing operations or supply chain.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with ERP Oracle NetSuite production and inventory modules is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and centralise work order and production order management across production areas.
• Coordinate material requests and inventory across production.
• Allocate production resources effectively to meet schedules.
• Record production output and maintain accurate documentation.
• Maintain production inventory control and reporting.
• Coordinate production coordination and follow-up activities.
• Manage data and documentation related to production processes.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.

Experience

2-5 years of experience in production administration, production planning, inventory control, manufacturing operations or supply chain.

Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Experience with ERP Oracle NetSuite systems is highly advantageous.

Technical Skills

Good knowledge of production work orders and material requirements.

Understanding of inventory and material movement.

Experience with ERP Oracle NetSuite production and inventory modules.

Ability to analyse production data and identify variances.
