Job summary

STC SPRING INDUSTRIES SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Accounts Executive in Malaysia to manage the full set of accounting functions, ensure accurate financial records, and prepare reports. The role includes payroll processing and handling EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB submissions.

You will maintain accounting documentation, monitor cash flows, liaise with auditors and bankers, and contribute to budgeting and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in handling Full Set Accounts.
• Experience in payroll processing and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software such as AutoCount, SQL Accounting, UBS, Million or similar.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set accounts including AP, AR, GL, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Perform monthly account closing and prepare management reports.
• Prepare year-end financial statements and audit schedules.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records and financial transactions.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing systems.
• Monitor cash flow and payment schedules.
• Process supplier payments and customer collections.
• Assist in budgeting and financial reporting as required.
• Prepare monthly payroll and handle statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB (LHDN).
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and bankers.

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the Company's full set accounting functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, handling payroll and statutory submissions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full set accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation
