Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full set accounting experience necessary.
  • Proficiency in AutoCount and MS Excel required.
  • Fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor day-to-day financial operations of the company.
  • Manage account payables and receivables functions.
  • Ensure timely recording of all financial transactions.
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records.
  • Monitor daily cash flow and treasury activities.
  • Prepare and review budgets, revenue, expenses, and invoices.
  • Conduct account reconciliations and resolve issues.
  • Analyze financial data and generate monthly reports.
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors for issues.
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance.
  • Liaise with auditors and tax agents.

Skills

5 years of full set accounting experience
Proficiency in AutoCount accounting software

  • Coordinate with clients and vendors to rectify payment and billing issues.
  • Prepare tax returns, tax payments and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Liaise with auditor and tax agent for relevant accounting / tax issues.
