Job summary

KALYX CONSULTANTS SDN. BHD. in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking an accountant to prepare full set of accounts and tax computations with timely SST reporting and personal tax submissions.

The role includes analysing accounts, meeting monthly targets, and coordinating with clients, auditors, and IRB officers. A supervisor will oversee a small team and review work by juniors and seniors. Fresh graduates are welcome; fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia are expected, with Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma level qualification or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set accounts in an accurate and timely manner
• Prepare full company tax computation in an accurate and timely manner
• Preparation and submission of SST reporting in an accurate and timely manner
• Ensure timely submission of personal tax
• To analyze account and provide proper advice
• Manage to achieve monthly target and collection KPI set
• Liaise correspondence from clients, auditors and IRB officers
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
• To conduct meeting with client for every job complete
• Fast respond to client in order to maintain good relationship with client
• Supervisor position need to oversee a small team and conduct a review of account work completed by junior and senior
