Job summary

Ant International is seeking a senior accountant to establish a robust business accounting system, improve operation standards, and optimize accounting rules across payment and financial operations.

The role requires deep knowledge of financial accounting, experience with banking or payments sectors, and strong English communication to coordinate with internal teams and external partners. You will drive system design, risk controls, and progressive accounting practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years of relevant accounting/auditing experience.
• Experience in business accounting or auditing at large banks or payment companies preferred.
• Knowledge of payment or financial accounting IT systems is a plus.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

1. Understand the business and systems, design accounting solutions for payment/financial operations, and promote the implementation of systematic bookkeeping.

2. Optimize the existing accounting system based on business products and internal/external accounting and reporting requirements, and drive its implementation.

3. Business accounting risk management.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting/auditing, possessing comprehensive financial accounting expertise; experience in business accounting or auditing at large banks or payment companies is preferred, and knowledge of payment or financial accounting IT systems is a plus.

2. Knowledge of the financial industry, with preference given to those familiar with international business, payment, and settlement sectors.

3. Strong learning ability, teamwork and communication skills, clear logical thinking, and innovative mindset, capable of proactively driving the smooth progress of assigned projects.

4. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); strong written and verbal communication skills.
