Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• Professional qualification ACCA/CIMA/MIA is required
• 5+ years of relevant experience including team management
• Experience with SME portfolios and construction industry preferred
• Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) required

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounting service delivery for the client portfolio
• Review complex accounting matters and provide technical guidance to the team
• Own key client relationships including escalations and strategic discussions
• Manage team capacity, performance and development
• Ensure department practices align with accounting standards and firm policies
• Report to senior management on department performance and client matters
