Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management.
• ACCA or similar certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Ability to manage team and communicate with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
• Oversee cash flow management and financial risk assessment.
