Leopard Group of Companies in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced accounting professional to handle full set of accounts, month-end close, AR/AP, and statutory liaison. You will prepare management reports, budgets, and variance analyses while ensuring compliance with QMS, EMS, OSH, and company policies.

The role requires 2+ years in accounting, strong Excel and accounting software knowledge, and proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, LCCI, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a high level of integrity.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good leadership skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Knowledge of accounting software; SQL knowledge is an added advantage.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Experience in project coordination, reporting, and documentation.
• Knowledge of Trade, Rental, and/or Oil & Gas Services industries is an added advantage.

Aufgaben

• Handle full set of accounts, including month-end closing, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Prepare management reports, financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and Company Secretary on statutory matters.
• Assist in Group accounts, project accounting, and project costing.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor budget vs. actual performance and support team deliverables within deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, QMS, EMS, OSH, ABMS, and other applicable requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior.
