Job summary

NE VENTURES SDN BHD in Sabah is seeking an Accounting Executive to prepare and review monthly and annual financial reports, manage invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers, and support internal and external audit processes.

You should hold a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance, have at least 5 years of accounting experience, and be proficient in Excel, Word and basic accounting systems (SQL, UBS, AutoCount).

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic accounting systems (SQL, UBS, AutoCount).
• Able to prepare summary reports, payment records, and supporting documents.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in accounting.
• Meticulous, systematic, and able to work with sensitive financial documents.
• Honest, trustworthy, and possess high integrity.
• Able to work in a team and follow supervisor instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly/annual financial reports
• Prepare and review payment vouchers, invoices, receipts
• Manage invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Support financial administration work
• Perform other tasks assigned from time to time
