Job summary

Belleview Property Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced accounting leader to manage the full spectrum of finance and accounts for the group. You will deliver consolidated monthly and quarterly reports and ensure compliance with governance, statutory and group requirements across multiple properties.

The role requires a qualified accountant with 10+ years in the field, experience in retail or property sectors, and strong English communication. Mandarin knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with CIMA/CPA/ACCA or accounting degree and MIA member.
• Minimum 10 years experience in related field.
• Experience in retail or property sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Malaysian tax legislation and practices.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; continuous learning encouraged.
• Knowledge of Mandarin dialects is an added advantage.

• Ensure Company's financial accounting, tax and other related functions are in accordance and comply with corporate governance, legal statutory and group requirement
• Manage internal and/or external bankers, auditors, tax agents and legal advisor
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for multiple properties and projects.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance of properties, providing insights and recommendations to optimize profitability.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant preferably with CIMA/CPA/ACCA or a degree in Accounting and member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) or minimum 10 years working experience in related

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements, Malaysian tax legislation and practices
• Well-versed in written and oral English
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
