Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to oversee and manage the company's accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, taxation and statutory compliance. You will analyze financial performance and present key findings to Management during monthly meetings.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• 7–11 years of relevant accounting experience, including managerial or senior supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Group financial reporting, taxation, budgeting and statutory compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to oversee and manage the company's accounting operations. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage financial reporting, budgeting, taxation and statutory compliance, while analyzing financial performance and presenting key findings and recommendations to Management during monthly meetings.

Key responsibilities

Manage and perform daily accounting operations, including accounts review, reconciliations, taxation, SST and other related accounting matters

Prepare and review monthly management accounts, financial statements, Group reports, annual budgets and cash flow forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission

Analyze monthly financial performance, monitor budget variances and prepare and present management reports with relevant explanations and recommendations during monthly management meetings

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, Group policies and statutory requirements, while coordinating with external auditors, tax agents and relevant parties on audit, taxation and statutory matters

Oversee banking facilities, loans, internal controls and accounting procedures, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance

Lead and supervise the accounting and administrative team while remaining hands‑on in daily operations, including staff development, performance management and related administrative matters

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent professional qualification

7–11 years of relevant accounting experience, including managerial or senior supervisory experience

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, Group financial reporting, taxation, budgeting and statutory compliance

Good understanding of accounting standards, internal controls and financial management

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, leadership and communication skills

Ability to work independently, manage accounting operations and lead a team effectively

Able to meet deadlines and liaise confidently with Management, auditors, tax agents, banks and other stakeholders
