Wct Land in Selangor, Petaling Jaya, is seeking an experienced Accountant to handle full sets of accounts, day-to-day accounting operations, and project-related accounting. You will prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports, and liaise with auditors and tax agents.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, 3 years of relevant experience, and strong Excel skills. ACCA/CIMA/CPA qualifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience.
• 3 years' of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software; ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Handle full sets of accounts and day-to-day accounting operations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports and project-related accounts.
• Manage AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Monitor project costs, development expenses, cash flow and budgets.
• Prepare tax schedules and liaise with tax agent for annual tax submissions.
• Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances.
• Assist with project costing, financial analysis and budget monitoring.
• Handle day to day administrative and operational activities and undertake ad-hoc assignments from time to time.
• Coordinate with bank, external auditors, tax agents, and other relevant parties.
• Maintain good filing system and ensure traceability of documents.
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory and financial reporting.
• Support the Finance Manager in improving accounting processes and controls.
