Job summary

LINKTRIX Consultants, Asia Pacific is seeking a Senior/Junior Account Executive for our Malaysia shared service centre near KL Sentral. This fully onsite role offers a competitive salary and opportunities in AR, AP and GL, with easy access to public transport.

You will prepare monthly financial statements, handle GST filing for the Singapore entity, assist budgeting and forecasting, and support special projects under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant accounting experience.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions (AR, AP, GL).
• Prepare accurate monthly financial statements for reporting.
• Handle GST filing for the Singapore entity in compliance with regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support special projects and other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Our client is a Singapore based company, specializing in space optimization and facilities management. Then throughout the year they have expanded their business to Malaysia, but Malaysia wise it is a shared service centre, which is responsible for managing day to day transactions in MY & SG

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) duties.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements for reporting purposes.
• Handle GST filing for the Singapore entity in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the financial budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in a similar accounting role.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
