Job summary

Green Borneast Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Account Executive to handle the full spectrum of accounting functions, ensure statutory compliance and support our financial operations. You will manage GL, AR, AP and bank reconciliations, prepare monthly statements and analyses, and monitor cash flow, budgeting and forecasting.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, have 3–5 years of experience, and are proficient in Excel and accounting software; strong

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in handling full set of accounts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts including GL, AR, AP and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and analyses.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure SST, E-Invoice, statutory payments and regulatory compliance.
• Process journal entries, invoices, vouchers, debit notes and credit notes.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable transactions.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and government authorities.
