Based in Malaysia, this role leads the 4PL Hub Operations Team to deliver high-quality logistics services and drive operational excellence.

You will oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensure SLA compliance, mentor a large team, and collaborate with IT and clients to optimise processes and performance across regional supply

Qualifications

• 5+ years in transport or freight forwarding.
• Experience in 4PL or Control Tower environments preferred.
• Team management experience of large teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including planning, booking, and shipment monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs and customer contracts.
• Implement standardised processes to improve efficiency.
• Monitor dashboards and address deviations in real-time.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives across regional supply chains.
