Job summary

Bandai Namco is seeking skilled 3D animators to join our esteemed team, focusing on realistic human and object movements. If you enjoy dynamic poses and martial arts motions, this role could be a great fit.

Ideal candidates have a strong demo reel, extensive Maya experience (or equivalent), and at least 5 years in game animation. You will work closely with the Lead Animator and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver polished in-game animations and pipelines.

Qualifications

• Proven excellence in animating human and non-humanoid characters, shown via a strong reel.
• Strong understanding of game animation pipelines and timing.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Lead Animator to deliver high-quality gameplay animations.
• Work with designers and engineers to implement animation systems.
• Execute animations from prototyping to in-game integration, troubleshooting as needed.
• Mentor junior animators under guidance of Lead Animator.
