Job summary

Tenby International School Setia EcoHill is seeking an SEN Teaching and Learning Assistant to support students aged 4 to 16 across Primary and Secondary. You will work with the SEN Centre and mainstream classrooms, delivering planned activities and helping students access learning with clear instructions.

The role emphasizes delivery of plans rather than designing interventions, requiring strong SEN experience, patience, and professional conduct aligned with the school values.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs in a school setting.
• Ability to observe progress and provide constructive feedback to teachers/SENCo.
• Strong communication with students, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and small group SEN support based on plans from teachers and specialists.
• Support aged 4–16 in SEN Centre and mainstream classrooms.
• Assist with preparing learning materials and adapt resources as required.
• Observe and report student progress to teachers and SENCo.
