Job summary

Responsibilities include supporting test operations, analyzing yield and equipment utilization, and preparing technical proposals for customers to initiate improvement programs. Willingness to relocate to Singapore is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken Chinese to communicate with suppliers in China.
• Degree in Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in semiconductor test, product engineering or test operations is preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Singapore; work permit will be arranged.

Responsibilities

• Resolve test setup issues and collaborate with Planners on setup plans.
• Make engineering decisions and suggest solutions to meet test performance targets.
• Support test operations and sustaining activities for smooth production and on-time shipment.
• Provide value-added engineering by analyzing yield, equipment utilization and quality.
• Prepare technical proposals and presentations to initiate improvement programs.
• Collaborate with customers on test programs, hardware correlation and tester release.
• Coordinate tester time, lot scheduling and hardware availability with Planning.
• Work with Customer Service on product code, test flow prep, lot entry and DB updates.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure quality requirements and preventive actions.
