Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering.
• Basic understanding of electro-mechanical and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and qualify new tester and handlers for production.
• Troubleshoot tester and handler issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and improve equipment performance, uptime, and throughput.
• Support preventive maintenance and equipment reliability programs.
• Drive continuous improvement projects on productivity, quality, and cost.
• Train and support technicians on tester and handler operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
