Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot semiconductor test equipment and test hardware to support production operations.
Perform repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance activities for testers and test boards.
Drive root cause investigation and resolution of issues impacting production, yield, and test performance.
Coordinate equipment repair, recovery, and issue resolution activities to minimize manufacturing downtime and support production targets.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment utilization, OEE, and operational efficiency.
