Job summary

You will monitor test yield, support daily production activities, and enhance test programs and hardware. Collaboration across Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and global engineering teams will be essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, testing, or product engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication in English.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve product test yield, quality, and manufacturing performance.
• Support daily production sustaining activities and resolve test-related issues.
• Maintain and enhance test programs, test hardware, and test solutions to support product requirements.
• Lead and support new product introductions, product transfers, qualifications, and engineering evaluations.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives to improve efficiency, cycle time, and equipment utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and global engineering teams.
