Job summary

Nexperia Malaysia is seeking a Manufacturing Executive to manage in-process and outgoing quality, plus product disposition to support continuous production. You will identify systemic issues in processes or equipment and drive improvements with stakeholders.

The role requires an Engineering degree, 3+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, and strong people management. You will lead quality initiatives and ensure material FIFO and scrupulous compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing/ process quality/ handling quality product disposition.
• Min 3 years in semiconductors manufacturing with people management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure good attendance for the available headcount and schedule work arrangement to achieve KPI with good quality.
• Ensure good people compliances in either quality or scrap or discipline.
• Review readiness of raw material and schedule the production runs to ensure no disruption due to material shortage issues.
• Coordinate among process and equipment team to ensure good quality and equipment performances.
• Lead and drive FIF projects towards meeting quality goal with process team. Work with the team to develop systemic actions based on quality strategies.
• Ensure material FIFO and good control for Age lot and MCT for CVP achievements.
• Coordinates disposition of quality and scrap incidence which caused by the ppl compliance issues
