Job summary

Nexperia Malaysia is seeking a quality-focused engineering professional to lead in-process and outbound quality, drive non-conformance disposition, and support continuous improvement in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

The role requires a degree in engineering, at least 3 years in semiconductors, and demonstrated people management capabilities to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure material readiness and production continuity.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/ process quality/ handling quality product disposition.
• Minimum 3 years experience in semiconductors manufacturing with people management.

Responsibilities

• Hold responsibility for in-process, outgoing quality & product non-conformance management.
• Perform material dispositions to support operation and minimize interruption.
• Identify systematic problems in process or equipment sources and drive improvements.
• Ensure attendance and schedule work arrangements to hit KPI with quality.
• Ensure compliance in quality, scrap, or discipline.
• Review readiness of raw material and schedule production to avoid material shortages.
• Coordinate among process and equipment teams for quality and equipment performance.
• Lead and drive FIF projects toward quality goals with the process team.
• Develop systemic actions based on quality strategies with the team.
• Ensure FIFO and control for Age lot and MCT for CVP achievements.
• Coordinate disposition of quality and scrap incidences caused by people issues.

• Perform material dispositions to support the operation and minimize interruption to production and delivery.
• Identify systematic problems in either process or equipment related sources and drive improvement with the respective stakeholder.
• Ensure good attendance for the available headcount and schedule work arrangement to achieve KPI with good quality.
• Ensure good people compliances in quality, scrap, or discipline.
• Review readiness of raw material and schedule the production runs to ensure no disruption due to material shortage issues.
• Coordinate among process and equipment team to ensure good quality and equipment performances.
• Lead and drive FIF projects towards meeting quality goal with the process team.
• Work with the team to develop systemic actions based on quality strategies.
• Ensure material FIFO and good control for Age lot and MCT for CVP achievements.
• Coordinate disposition of quality and scrap incidences caused by people compliance issues.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing/ process quality/ handling quality product disposition.
• Minimum 3 years experience in semiconductors manufacturing environment with confidence in people management.
