Job summary

Nexperia in Malaysia seeks a Project Manager to initiate, lead and deliver complex semiconductor projects on time and within budget. You will define plans, coordinate activities, lead engineers and designers, and ensure stakeholder alignment across organisations.

The role requires strong project-management experience, deep semiconductor knowledge, and excellent English communication. PMP/Prince2 is a plus; the candidate will manage multi‑phase initiatives following BCAM-X milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related subjects.
• 8–10 years of project management experience in semiconductor industry.
• Strong track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• PMP/PMI or Prince2 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage project activities to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, including engineers and designers.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Define competencies and resources needed and build up a performing project team across organizations.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively.
• Track project expenditures and maintain cost control.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
