Job summary

Nexperia in Malaysia seeks a Project Manager to initiate, lead and deliver complex semiconductor projects on time and within budget. You will define plans, coordinate activities, lead engineers and designers, and ensure stakeholder alignment across organisations.

The role requires strong project-management experience, deep semiconductor knowledge, and excellent English communication. PMP/Prince2 is a plus; the candidate will manage multi‑phase initiatives following BCAM-X milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related subjects.
• 8–10 years of project management experience in semiconductor industry.
• Strong track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• PMP/PMI or Prince2 certification is a plus.

Job description

The Project Manager, initiates, manages and drives projects and activities into a successful execution and completion on time and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of semiconductor technologies and project management principles, as well as the ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex, multi‑phase projects.For projects this will follow BCAM-X project milestones and gates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
