Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management in Johor, Pasir Gudang, Malaysia, seeks a Production Supervisor for semiconductor manufacturing. You will supervise about 25 operators, ensure targets and quality, and monitor daily progress to keep production on track.

The role requires a Diploma with 3+ years in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing, strong leadership, and multilingual communication (BM & Mandarin; English a plus). Weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• At least 3 years of experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing (preferred).
• Strong people management and supervisory skills.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin; English is an added advantage.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to handle production issues effectively.
• Willing to support weekend shifts or weekday call-backs when required.
