Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management in Pasir Gudang, Johor, seeks a Production Manager to lead semiconductor manufacturing operations. You will plan production output, ensure quality, manage costs and delivery, and drive safety and SOP compliance.

Key duties include monitoring performance, mentoring teams, collaborating with engineering and supply chain, and implementing corrective actions to boost productivity and yield.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field).
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor production processes.
• At least 3 years in supervisory or management role.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall production operations in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Plan and manage production output, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and company SOPs.
• Monitor production performance and drive continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen, 5S).
• Manage manpower planning and daily production efficiency.
• Work closely with engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Improve productivity, yield, and reduce production waste.
• Prepare production reports and performance updates.
