Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management is seeking an Engineering Manager in Senai, Johor, to lead the end-to-end manufacturing lifecycle for semiconductor equipment. You will coordinate across Engineering, Production, Procurement and Quality to hit milestones on time and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering and a minimum of five years in industrial or manufacturing engineering, with strong BOM/ECN controls and a Lean mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial, project or manufacturing engineering, preferably in electronics/semiconductor.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, plant layout and BOM/ECN control.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and continuous improvement experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end manufacturing lifecycle of semiconductor equipment from kick-off to customer buy-off.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality and suppliers to meet milestones and delivery timelines.
• Ensure BOM management, ECN implementation and proper manufacturing documentation.
