Job summary

ULTRA CLEAN TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. seeks a Training Coordinator to develop and deliver structured programs for new hires and existing staff in the Pensang area. You will manage skill matrices, track performance, and drive improvements in production quality.

Joining the start-up team in Penang, you will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production to align training with evolving process updates. A degree in Engineering and Lean/Six Sigma certification are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Training methodologies is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing/semiconductor environment.
• Strong experience in UHP Gas Box assembly, leak testing, and functional testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver structured training programs for new hires and existing DL on gas line assembly, leak testing, and functional testing.
• Establish certification criteria and qualification matrix for each process step; conduct hands-on training and assessments.
• Monitor performance against PAR, quality KPIs, and cycle time targets; maintain skill matrices.
• Drive CIP, lean initiatives, and training improvements to reduce ramp time and support production.
