Job summary

You will collaborate with design, DFT, and test teams to define test requirements, develop test programs, analyze data, and drive yield improvements. The role demands strong problem-solving, communication, and the ability to work across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in semiconductor product development, test engineering, or characterization.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and digital/analog circuit design.
• Experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms (e.g., Teradyne, Advantest).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design, DFT, and test engineering teams to define product test requirements and strategies.
• Develop and debug test programs for new silicon, including characterization, validation, and production testing.
• Analyze silicon performance data, identify root causes of failures, and propose solutions for design, process, or test improvements.
• Design and develop test hardware, including load boards and probe cards.
• Perform product characterization across various operating conditions (voltage, temperature, frequency).
• Drive yield improvement activities and reduce test costs throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support failure analysis and debug of customer returns.
• Generate technical documentation, including test plans, reports, and procedures.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and drive product maturity.
