Job summary

V.s.-Industry-Berhad is seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to lead the manufacturing lifecycle of semiconductor equipment—from order kickoff to final customer buy-off. You will coordinate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality and suppliers to meet milestones, ensure BOM accuracy and ECN implementation, and oversee assembly, testing to specifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field.
5+ years in industrial/manufacturing engineering roles in electronics or semiconductor equipment.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
Willing to work in Senai, Johor.

Responsibilities

Lead the manufacturing lifecycle from order kick-off to customer buy-off.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality and suppliers to meet milestones.
Manage BOM accuracy and ECN implementation.
Oversee assembly, functional, electrical and software testing.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity and cost.
Monitor project progress and resolve manufacturing issues for on-time, on-budget delivery.
Lead Industrial Engineering team toward departmental objectives and operational excellence.
