Job summary

VS Industry Bhd in Senai, Johor is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead the manufacturing lifecycle of semiconductor equipment and drive continuous improvement. You will coordinate with Engineering, Production, Procurement and Quality to hit milestones and budgets, while ensuring BOM accuracy and ECN implementation.

The role requires at least 5 years in industrial/manufacturing engineering, strong process knowledge, and a lean manufacturing mindset.现场工作，优先考虑在森州新山一带工作经验者。

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial/manufacturing/mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial, project or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, planning and ECN.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to work in Senai, Johor.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing lifecycle from kick-off to customer buy-off.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement and suppliers.
• Manage BOM accuracy and ECN implementation with manufacturing docs.
• Oversee assembly, testing to meet specs and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement for efficiency, productivity and cost.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead Industrial Engineering team toward operations excellence.
