Job summary

MYSES SDN BHD seeks a Technician to install, set up, commission and service semiconductor manufacturing equipment at customer sites across Malaysia. The role emphasizes hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and reading technical drawings and schematics.

You will travel to customer factories for installation, preventive maintenance, and support activities, perform equipment qualification and documentation, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance or manufacturing preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical and hands‑on skills may be considered.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment, OHT, AGV, AMR, RGV or cleanroom equipment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install and assemble semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
• Perform alignment, levelling, calibration and setup.
• Support machine commissioning and qualification.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and sensor-related problems.
• Troubleshoot machine alarms and abnormal operating conditions.
• Replace faulty components and perform preventive maintenance.
• Work with engineers and suppliers to resolve complex issues.
• Prepare service reports and maintain equipment records.
