Job summary

Intel Corporation in Malaysia (Penang/Kulim) is seeking an Experienced Project Manager to lead major industrial facilities construction projects. You will drive scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, and change control while ensuring safety and quality across disciplines.

Minimum 9+ years with MS Project and construction management; a Master’s degree and PMP are advantageous. On-site role based in Penang/Kulim with collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related technical field with 9+ years experience including MS Project and Project/Construction management on major industrial facilities and large base build construction projects.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Architecture or related technical field with 6+ years of experience in Project/Construction management on major industrial facilities and large base build construction projects (preferred).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is an advantage.
• Semiconductor industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver construction projects using multiple project delivery and compensation strategies from initiation to closeout.
• Ensure compliance with Construction Management Practices and SOPs across disciplines (mechanical, process, electrical, IT, etc.).
• Coordinate with customer management, resource planning, and project teams and manage integrated plans to meet objectives.
• Promote and drive safety culture across the project lifecycle.
