Job summary

Grand Millennium Technology Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Associate Engineer / Engineer with hands-on semiconductor experience to support equipment overhaul, repair and maintenance while ensuring adherence to industry standards and customer requirements.

The role involves troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and collaboration with engineering, logistics and QA to meet project timelines. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–3 years in the field is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
1–3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry (equipment repair, maintenance, or process engineering) is an added advantage.
Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor tools, calibration, and measurement systems.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul semiconductor manufacturing equipment, parts and components.
Assist in preventive maintenance and calibration activities to ensure equipment reliability.
Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to technical documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, quality assurance) to meet project timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and international trade regulations.
Provide technical support to customers and suppliers when required.
